Tereza Kerndlova Biography

Tereza Kerndlová (* 6 October 1986 in Brno, Czechoslovakia) is a Czech singer, whose music styles are the popular music and Rhythm and Blues. With its parents it began to travel in the age of two and a half years on cruise ships by Europe. Their father is the jazz and Swing interpreter Laďa Kerndl, which had permanent commitments on cruise ships. Therefore it was given first schooling to first in Montenegro. Kerndlová was five years in the choir of Iva Bittová. Tereza began 2001 their professional music career at the age of 15 years. Together with Tereza Černochová and Helena Zeťová formed it the Mädchentrio Black Milk. The debut album Modrej dým won 2002 in the category discovery of the yearly the Český slavík. The follow-up album Sedmkrát appeared 2003. In the spring 2005 Black Milk dissolved and Tereza Kerndlová took up its solo album Orchidej, to 27. March 2006 appeared. Their second solo album with the title Have Some Fun appeared on 5 November 2007. The first single uncoupling from it was a Coverversion of the title „Careless Whisper “. On 26 January 2008 it won the radiated preliminary decision Eurosong live of the Czech television and represented Czech Republic with the Titelsong of their album, „Have Some Fun “, with Eurovision the song Contest 2008 in Belgrade.
