Moira Kelly Biography

Moira Kelly (* March 6, 1968 in New York City) is an American actress.

Life and achievements

Kelly grew up in a family of Irish descent kinderreichen. Her father was a musician, her mother was a nurse. She graduated in 1986, the Connetquot Senior High School and then studied at Marymount Manhattan College.

Kelly played her first role in a performance of the theatre in its High School. As a professional actress debuted in Fernsehthriller labyrinth of lies from the year 1991. In the film biography Chaplin, she joined at the side of Robert Downey Jr.. In the film drama A light in my heart (1996) played the role of Ann Mary Margaret Hawks, the Hawks daughter of Mildred (Gena Rowlands).

In the years 1999 to 2000 played Kelly in the television series The West Wing. For this role, she won in 2001 as a member of the ensemble actors Screen Actors Guild Award. For her role in the television series One Tree Hill, in which they appear in the years 2003 to 2006 played, it was in 2005 for the Teen Choice Award nominations.

Kelly is since the year 2000 with Steve Hewitt married and has two children.
