Anna Helene Paquin (* 24. July 1982 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada) be a of New Zealand actress.

Anna Paquin is the youngest of three brothers and sisters. When it was four years old, it resettled with its family from Canada to New Zealand. Its father Brian Paquin, a Canadian sport teacher, and its mother Marie Brophy, an English teacher from New Zealand, let themselves separate, while Anna turned in Canada Amy and the game geese.

For its role as Flora into the piano it received the OSCAR as the best Nebendarstellerin. Apart from numerous further film appearances it played also very successfully in the plays The Glory OF Living (New York, 2001) and This Is Our Youth (London, 2002).
